AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are SplitNPay Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Florida, United States at 1001 East Camino Real, Apt. 207, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
We operate the website https://split-card.com (the "Site"), the mobile application SplitNPay Inc. (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
SplitNPay is a financial technology platform that helps individuals manage and settle shared expenses. SplitNPay does not operate as a bank and partners with regulated financial institutions to provide payment, card-issuing, and money movement services.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. OUR SERVICES
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.). You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that: (1) all registration information is true and accurate; (2) you have legal capacity; (3) you are not a minor; (4) you will not use automated means to access the Services; (5) you will not use the Services illegally.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
- Systematically retrieve data to create collections without permission
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
- Circumvent security features
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Engage in automated use of the system
- Attempt to bypass access restrictions
6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Any content you submit must not infringe third-party rights, be false or misleading, or violate any laws.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, and exploit your Contributions.
8. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Reviews must be based on firsthand experience and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or false content.
9. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA
You may link your account with third-party social media accounts. We may access content from those accounts as permitted by their terms.
11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through the Services.
12. ADVERTISERS
We provide space for advertisements but have no other relationship with advertisers.
13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor, restrict access to, or remove content at our discretion.
14. PRIVACY POLICY

15. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
If you believe material infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately.
16. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
17. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Restrictions
Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No class actions.
20. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors on the Services at any time.
21. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
22. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 6 MONTHS OR $1,000.00 USD.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services.
24. USER DATA
We maintain data you transmit for managing Services performance. You are responsible for your data.
25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree to electronic signatures.
26. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
27. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

28. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
