Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, including:

  • names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses
  • usernames, passwords
  • debit/credit card numbers, billing addresses
  • contact or authentication data

Sensitive Information. We may process: financial data, credit worthiness data, social security numbers or other government identifiers.

Payment Data. All payment data is handled by Checkbook and Plaid. See: https://checkbook.io/ and https://plaid.com/.

Application Data. We may collect: geolocation information, mobile device access, mobile device data, and push notification preferences.

We automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser characteristics, operating system, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.


2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to:

  • Facilitate account creation and authentication
  • Deliver services and respond to inquiries
  • Send administrative information and marketing communications
  • Fulfill orders and enable user-to-user communications

We may share data with third-party vendors including: AI Platforms, Cloud Computing Services, Data Analytics Services, Payment Processors, and Ad Networks.

Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for security, functionality, analytics, and advertising.


5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. We use AI through Google Cloud AI and OpenAI for image analysis and OCR.


6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you register using social media, we receive profile information from that provider including your name, email, and profile picture.


7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as necessary, typically no longer than twelve (12) months past account termination.


8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement technical and organizational security measures, but no system is 100% secure.


9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.


10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.


12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Yes. Residents of CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT, or VA have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt-out of certain processing.
